Cape Coast Castle
We took the volunteers to Kakum National Park this morning to do the canopy walk (a rope ladder about 40 meters up through the rainforest) and a nature walk afterwards. I will write more about that trip soon, for now, I am at work and am just going to post a link to an article about Cape Coast castle which we visited yesterday. I will write about my own impressions and the rest of the weekend later. Hope everyone is well.

Each time I read about your experiences so far or look at your pictures, it makes me want to pay you a visit even more! I'm still looking at flights!!! :)
