Happy Halloween!

Hi everyone,

I know it has been far too long since I have updated but a lot has been going on. As usual I do my best to keep myself busy!

A quick synopsis: I spent a few months working at the National Weather Service to fill a short-term position, and I went to Montana to hike in Glacier.

I'm now living in near Waterfront, in the Southwest of DC. I have my kitten from Ghana back in the U.S. with me and she has been keeping me company here. My time at the Africa Center is over and I am currently waiting to hear on a few interviews I recently had. I will keep you all updated if there is any movement on that front.

My best friend Nicole also came to DC to visit me for a little under a week and it was so great to have company! We visited lots of the museums, monuments, and the zoo of course.

I've found a small yoga studio but have only been to a few different classes, hopefully I can start making it to a few more classes.

I also had an emergency jaw surgery a few weeks ago. They found an infected bone and had to remove it and graft in new bone. It was very unpleasant but hopefully that will be the end of it! I know that those are very short updates, I just haven't had much exciting to write about.
