Ghana here I come!

So for the few of you that might still check this, I will begin updating much more regularly next month as I begin my next adventure in Ghana.  I am still finishing up my master's thesis, but I was offered a job as the site director for Ghana by ProWorld (website www.myproworld.org) which I accepted.  I am looking at a departure date of July 20, 2009 right now.  I still need to finish getting my vaccinations and my visa in order.

It's a bit crazy because I won't really have a chance to relax or take a break before I begin working, but I am used to being on the run.  I am sorry I won't be able to spend more time with my family and friends before I leave.  

I also just celebrated my 23rd birthday (June 26th for those of you who didn't know) and I am glad I got to be home for that (although I still haven't gotten a chance to see my family for it).
